Wiggles Music Downloads
If you are having problems with your music downloads, the following questions and answers
maybe be able to fix the problem.
Q. The music won't play in my media player.
A. Please make sure you are using Windows Media Player v9 or above. We recommend upgrading to
Windows Media Player v11.
This is the only player that can play your purchased music.
Q. Where has my file been saved to? I can't find it anywhere on my computer.
A. Once you are in "music you have purchased", click on the song or album you wish to download.
Once you have started downloading your tracks you will be presented with two choices- run or
save.
If you click run, this will play the track in the windows media player but will not save the
track onto your computer.
If you click save, it is then that you will be presented with a pop up screen indicating which
destination on your computer you would like to save your tracks to.
If you are still experiencing difficulties, please click on the online support link at the bottom
of this page
Q. I've apparently exhausted my reset limit for the year. What do I do?
A. We have reset the licenses for the tracks you have purchased. This has reset all of the counters
to default values. Now all you will need to do is play the file in Windows Media Player so that
you gain a new license for you tracks
Q. I haven't received my confirmation e-mail?
A. Please find that we have resent your confirmation e-mail. Please check your junk folder as
well as your inbox for the e-mail.
Q. When I try to download, the page refreshes and nothing happens!
A. When you are using Internet Explorer there is some inbuilt security that warns you before
downloading a file. You will notice that when downloading a track from My Media that after clicking
on the download button for a given track the page refreshes and a yellow drop down appears at the
top of the screen with the words:
'To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to
your computer. Click here for options...'
Clicking on that popup will allow you to save the file.
Q. I can't login, the page just keeps refreshing.
A. This is a problem with cookies, to use our site you must have cookies enabled. Also you must
have java script enabled; you must also be using Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are using
a Mac you will not be able to download from our site due to the nature of the files we sell on-line.
Q. How do I burn the music I purchased on to a CD?
A. Please be advised that you will need to burn the files to a cd using Windows Media Player
9 or above. This is the only way you can burn our format files, they will not work in any other
application, but once they are burnt as a cd, it is a normal cd.
Q. I have a Mac; can I still purchase WMA Tracks?
A. The files that we sell are Microsoft DRM protected Windows Media (wma) files, unless otherwise
stated, which are not compatible with Apple Mac's.
Since Apple will not share their DRM format with third parties; and record labels require that
all legal music sold in Australia is protected with DRM technology; we cannot offer the music in
any unprotected format (eg. MP3)
Unfortunately Apple's itunes is the only legal source of commercial digital music for Mac users.
Q. I'm having issues with WMP
A. Please make sure that Windows Media Player is able to connect to the internet. If you are
running a firewall that is stopping Windows Media Player from connecting please allow it to connect.
Can you also please make sure that the settings inside windows media player are set correctly.
To check that they are correct, go into windows media player, go to Tools, then Options A new
window should pop open, click on the Network Tab, make sure that the following boxes under the
Streaming Protocols have a check in them.
Once all those boxes are checked please make sure that Under the next heading Streaming Proxy
Settings, that next to HTTP is says Browser. If it doesn't say browser please double click on it
and check the box that says "Use Proxy Settings of the web browser".
If you have made sure that all the settings are correct and that there is no firewall actively
blocking windows media player, then the only other option is to re-install windows media player.
Q. When I try and play a song, i get an "Unauthorised DRM Component" or "A
problem has occured in the digital Rights Management Component" error. What
do I do?
A. This error means that you need to update your Windows Media Player DRM Components.
To do this visit

Q. Where can I go to troubleshoot any Windows Media Player Problems?
A. Microsoft maintains a Knowledge Centre which contains troubleshooting information,
HowTo's and Frequently Asked Questions.
Q. I'm in a country outside of Australia, New Zealand and USA. Can I
purchase music?

territory restrictions imposed on us by the local distributors.
